Please either email or call us during our normal business hours PRIOR to placing your order if you want your package shipped via Express Mail for economical overnight shipping to a domestic U.S. PO Box or regular street address.
Note that order processing may take 1 to 2 business days after your order has been placed. Please consider this when selecting shipping method. Therefore, if you want delivery in 4 days, you may need to select UPS 2Day for guaranteed delivery. Please email us if in doubt. Note also that we reserve the right to switch your shipping method to a more economical one with the same if not better delivery date and adjust your shipping cost downward to cost. If this is not acceptable and you prefer the original shipping method, please write your preference in the COMMENT section during checkout.
We ship from Laguna Hills, California. *Note that mid-East Coast shipping typically takes at least 4 to 5 business days for delivery (excluding day of shipment) with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. These are estimates and are not to be considered guarantees of delivery. Please email us if you need your item(s) by a particular date prior to placing your order.

*Flat Rate $3.95 Shipping excludes wholesale, group pricing and international orders. One shirt will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the US. Two or more shirts will be shipped either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within the US depending upon costs, location and delivery times at shipper's discretion.

Please be advised that international customers are responsible for paying any customs-imposed taxes, tariffs, duties or brokerage fees in order to receive their packages. Refunds will not be given if the package is declined due to refusal of paying such fees. The shipping fee only covers the actual cost of shipping but does not include nor cover any of the above-mentioned fees that may be imposed when shipping to a foreign country outside of the United States. Please note that international delivery time is not guaranteed, since external factors � such as weather, customs, etc. � may cause unforeseeable delays. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Orders usually ship out by the next business day. Some orders may ship out the same day if placed before 12 PM PST.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address caused by your error may be reshipped and charged additional shipping fees. Orders returned due to errors caused by us will be reshipped without charge.

**Please be advised that if you need your package by a certain date, please select shipping method and add 1 extra delivery day to the shipping method (i.e. UPS 3-Day Select may take up to 4 business days for delivery). Therefore, if you need it in 3 days, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or something quicker as your delivery method.
We do not ship packages out during the weekends and are closed for business in observance of major U.S. holidays including the day after Thanksgiving.

Policy for Returns and Refunds

New and unworn T-shirt(s) or cover-up(s) with an intact tag must be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt.

No refunds for returned shirt(s) or cover-up(s) which have obviously been worn, used, ripped, torn or stained.

Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending your item(s) back. Item(s) returned without an RMA number may not qualify for a refund.

A 10% restocking fee may be applied on returned order(s) sent back with postmark(s) after the 7-day grace period.

Shipping charges for returned orders will not be refunded.

Body Dreams does not pay nor send out labels for return shipping.

Please include your name, e-mail address, order number (if available), a copy of your paper invoice or a printed copy of your e-mail receipt with the RMA number, and the reason for return.

Because returns may occasionally be lost in transit, we recommend (but do not require) using a reliable delivery service (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Priority Mail) that offers tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Body Dreams will issue a refund to your credit card within two business days of receiving your return.

No returns or refunds for bulk/wholesale/special group pricing orders.
